Bread with Garlic Spread
The meal started off with baguette bread to go with their unforgettably good garlic spread. Half a loaf is just enough for the four of us. Had to go for their signature ribs!
Half Rack Baby Back Ribs, baked potatoes & corn
A standard half rack baby back ribs with choice of two sides would make a sufficient meal. Choose from corn, savoury rice, baked potatoes, coleslaw, or pinto beans. Mum and sis stuck to their half rack but i was feeling a little greedy for more...
Grilled Prawns & Ribs Combo, corn-on-the-cob & coleslaw
So here's a combo for me. Good old baby back ribs were lipsmackingly good with the delicious glazing of barbeque sauce, accompanied with five succulent prawns. Even the sides fared well- corn cooked just right, not too soft nor buttery. overall this is a dish i truly enjoy that brings back some childhood memories.
Dad had a combo too... with an undersized steak.
