Casuarina Curry

A quick dinner settled at my favourite Thosai place.

Mushroom Thosai ($2.20)

Still my ultimate favourite version.
Despite its simplicity, it never fails to satisfy me. The batter remains as its winning factor; pleasant tasting with a slightest hint of sourness and absolutely no overkill of the fermentation effect. Best of all, big enough to fill with adequate mushrooms contained.

Uttapam ($1.40)

Doesn't this remind you of Mcdonald's Hotcakes? A random order turned out to be a thick thosai pancake looking just like hotcakes, indian style.

Mee & Beehoon Goreng Mix ($3)

Far from neat, this mixture goreng did bear some resemblence to our local hokkien mee. Tastewise alright.

Met with a super blur indian waiter who got the drink order mixed up thrice. I wanted an iced teh-o-KOSONG but he first served me an iced teh-si, before getting it changed into ice teh-o then finally the right one.

Iced Teh-O ($0.80)
