Back to Canele

Something new for me.


Chloe ($7)

madaleiene sponge, citrus yogurt bavarois, peach, rice krispies

Bavarois was mousse-like, masterfully whipped thick & creamy and smacking with a light touch of peach fragrance. The sponges were soaked so moist they beared no dry aftertaste at all. Sweetness kept strictly in moderation.



Macha ($6.50)

Another one of this for Dad. It boasts of greentea marscaporne cheese, chestnut cremuex, greentea biscuit, and an almond crumble to contrast. Wonderful combination- except that the base was a tad thick and overbaked today.



Rosy Pink Tea ($5.50)
