Cold Rock Ice Creamery

Finally, i came to check out this hot-on-the-talk franchise from Australia. Cold Rock introduces a concept of making each individual's dream ice cream based on their preferences and has been a hit since it landed on our local shores. There's a whole range of icecream flavours and mix-ins available for you to select from, then watch the staffs smash everything up on a cold surface. reverse teppanyaki.

extensive variety of mix-ins

Cheesecake+Strawberry+ Strawberry Mix-ins ($5.50)
(back) Mango+Forest Berries Sorbet

A kiddies cup at $4.50 is most suitable for a try-out, plus $1 for every additional mix-in. I'm a creamy milky lover and i must say i am pretty proud of my combination. It was indeed fine premium icecream, smooth and especially delightful with those frozen bits of fruit. yummy!

I've seen a few local renditions with similar concepts such as Ice Cream Chefs, but they just don't make it so big... perhaps westernized brands are always a grade above. more professional, i'd say. All in all; wide variety, great icecream, efficient staffs and really worth a try. Only grouse was the few pathetic tables lining the sides of the pristine white store.
