It was a late school day after an event's rehearsal and dad came to pick me from school. We landed up at Marina Square having some comfort western food.
A $7 set meal upgrade entitled us to a soup, dessert and drink of our choice.
Garlic Bread
Lobster Bisque
Sirloin Steak with Black Pepper Sauce
Baked Salmon
So moist and wet that it lacked the appropriate firmness. The clear watercress sauce was absolutely redundant and the baked potato undercooked. All i enjoyed was the sourcream, bacon bits and spring onion additions.
American Cheesecake
Undoubtedly belonging to the dense heavy range, i found much difficulty in trying to smooth out the cheese in my mouth. Heavy on an orangey citrus flavour. It already started to to get cloying halfway through that i'm so thankful we were sharing it.
