Gelare Cake Set

Sometimes going to Gelare doesn't solely mean waffles or gelato. If fact, ever since Cassandra and I have discovered their lovely slices of cheesecakes, we have been contantly returning for more. So diversification does prove results.

A $6.50 Tea & Cake Set here would make a perfect after-meal indulge for us to chit-chat and relax over. Our orders have never changed.


Blueberry Cheesecake with Green Tea

Thumbs up for this slice... pleasantly light and far from those heavy cheesecakes i would get sick of. The soft texture is satiny smooth in the mouth and gladly not too strong with cheese or sweetness. I also liked the mild blueberry infusion within the cake but that pasty blueberry topping had much room for improvement.
