Cocoa Mosaic ($9.90)
An artistic masterpiece blended with romantic colours. Starts off with a chocolate sponge, dark chocolate mousse, milk chocolate mousse then white chocolate mousse. Pleasing to both the eye and palate.
I've always wondered how they manage to churn out consistent replicas of their dishes; a pretty impressive skill to commend on. And of course, the three of us instantly relished off our dessert.
