Steak, Seafood, Salad. Mum's membership card was nearing expiry so we dined here for a final use of her privileges.
Before the main course arrived, its a usual practice to fill myself up with bread and rounds of salad bar.

Grilled Salmon ($24.49)
in yakitori sauce and sesame seeds. It is amazing how they achieved such a crisp grilled surface with even and optimal coating of sauce. The fish flaked distinctly into firm thin pieces appropriately lined with fats and was mildy sweetish without any overkill. Every mouthful shouts "best salmon ever"!
Grilled Dory ($21.49)
Mum's fish was deceivingly large but merely a thin piece seasoned with green herbs and served with tartar sauce.
The Sirloin ($25.99)
Prime cut sirloin grilled medium-well in its natural flavour, no sauce given (unless at a $1.50 top-up). Even the baked potato came without any toppings. How natural.
Ended off with fruits, agar and two attempts on their softserve dispenser; more for the d-i-y novelty than the craving for icecream. One in cone and one in a cup topped with lovely rainbow sprinkles and chopped peanuts.
