Dome Cafe

Dropped by for quick sandwiches today after settling our airtickets at Krisflyer Lounge. This french cafe is new to me- a recent introduction by Dad.

Latte

Thank goondess they offered a Create Your Own option because their combinations were either weird or not suiting to our fancy. Main fillings of your choice come at a fixed price based with each additional filliing at $1 more.

A range of bread selections- Focaccia, Sundried Tomato Focaccia, Brioche, Multigrain, Croissant or Sunflower Seed Bun.

Smoked Salmon Sandwich ($9.90+1)

+$1 for tomatoes. I wouldn't have added it if i had known a side salad would come. Pressing was done (oblivious from the flat bread)and kind of overdone to some extent. But i did like their multigrain bread, mainly because of the delightful variety of seeds thrown in... even walnuts.

Quite a generous insert of soft smoked salmon but the tomatoes looked much like a mistake, turning sour from the heat with moisture sogging the bread really badly. Oddly i still managed to relish everything up positively.

Egg Mayonnaise Sandwich ($6.50)

Dad gone for egg mayonnaise with sauteed mushrooms and avocado additions (+$2). An utter mess of paltry fillings all out of place and pretty gross in sight. Egg appeared more like scrambled egg.
