Fei Fei Wanton Noodles

I call this a bowl of villager noodles; simply yet able to content.

It is rare to find such fresh handmade noodles these days, which are visibly less yellow and offers a more pleasant afterback effect than factory-produced ones. The slightly thicker strands are able to retain its springyness despite being cooked soft- best for those looking for something easy to chew.

Wantons are plump and well-seasoned, but the artificially orange charsiew slices were a letdown. One final plus point had to be that light delectable taste paired with their potent chilli. I felt the oomph just right.

For $2.50, it is unquestionably worth returning for.
