Sometimes you just crave for the local delights. I knew i wanted my kaya fix after a morning jog-out at East Coast Park.

The classic method of eating these runny eggs is with dark sauce and pepper. Pour, stir and enjoy- it is already part of the Sgrean culture.


Cheese Toast, Kaya aside

Cheese inserted between slices of thin traditional toasts. The kaya was marvellous. Less is more.
