Jack's Place Set Lunch

Cassandra and i visited the Compasspoint outlet where her aunt works. The $8 Set Lunch comprises of a soup, drink & dessert but she gave us double the usual portion of garlic bread.


Cream of Broccoli & Mushroom

I had never thought much of the soups here so this bowl appeared to be surprisingly acceptable. A tinge of flouryness came without any mushroom hint but i liked the components of tiny broccoli florets and stalks. Their garlic spread were of the weirdest earthy green hue and still soft despite being toasted.



Grilled Fish Fillet with Cheese Sauce

We were both glad she made an initiative separation of the sauce for us because it tasted awfully weird. The fish was fresh and commendably thick with no unwanted fishyness. Fries, corn bits and french beans with an oriental touch



Strawberry Icecream with Peach & Cocktail

Concluded a value set lunch worth trying.
